"Found a Few Things, But Stock Was Hit or Miss"
KT Supply was alright overall. I was able to find a few things I needed, but then I’d click around and realize some items were out of stock, which got kind of frustrating. It felt like I was stuck going back and forth, trying to figure out what was actually available. The prices seemed fair, but I really wish the stock info was clearer upfront. Not a bad experience, just a little annoying.

"Fixed eventually, but the canned replies got old"
I had an issue with my order and it took way longer than it should have to get someone to actually help. They kept responding, sure, but it felt like I was getting the same canned apology over and over instead of a real answer. I had to explain the same thing more than once, which got frustrating.
They did finally sort it out, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process was way more back and forth than it needed to be. I might order again if I really can’t find the item somewhere else, but this definitely didn’t leave me excited to come back.

"Got the wrong items in my order"
Yeah, my order was off. I opened it up and there were a couple things in there that I definitely didn’t order, and then one of the items I actually wanted was missing.
So I had to sit there, go through everything again, and then reach out to get it sorted. it was just a hassle and kind of a waste of time. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I’ve ordered from KT Supply a couple of times now, and both orders showed up with everything I expected. Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, so don’t expect miracles there, but it wasn’t terrible either. The site feels trustworthy to me, which is more than I can say for some online stores that make you wonder after checkout. I’d probably order from them again.

"Felt Like a Bait and Switch at Checkout"
Everything seemed fine until I got to checkout, and then the payment just wouldn’t go through no matter what I tried. It gave me that bait-and-switch feeling, like the deal was there until it was time to actually pay. Really frustrating experience.

"Exchange process has been a hassle"
I sent in my exchange request and I’m still waiting to hear back, which is frustrating. I keep checking for some kind of update, even just a basic confirmation or tracking note, but there’s nothing clear so far. It feels like such a small thing, but not knowing where the exchange stands makes the whole process way more annoying than it should be.

"Shipping felt a little steep"
I ordered a few things from ktsupply.com and the products were fine. The site was easy to get through, and the order showed up without any drama, which I appreciate because I’m kind of worn out from having to follow up with companies all the time lately.
The only part that bugged me was the shipping cost. It felt higher than I expected for what I bought, and it made the total sting a bit more. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m getting enough stuff at once to make the shipping feel worth it

"Product details could be clearer"
I was looking at a few different items and trying to compare them, but the descriptions felt a little too short and didn’t give me enough detail to feel totally confident. A friend actually recommended I check the site out, and it does work fine overall, but I think the product info could be more complete to make buying decisions easier.

The site showed the item as in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it. A few days later, they let me know it actually wasn’t available and refunded me. I guess maybe I should’ve double-checked somehow, but I’m not really sure what else I could’ve done since the website said it was there. It ended up wasting some time, and I had to order it from somewhere else. Hopefully they can keep their stock info more accurate.

I don’t know if I just went at a bad time or what, but the selection felt limited. I was looking for a few of my usual things and couldn’t find about half of them, so it was kind of disappointing

I ordered from ktsupply.com and was really happy that the tracking updated smoothly the whole time. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it was nice being able to see exactly where my package was along the way. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt good about the order.

Overall, the experience was okay, but I wasn’t too impressed with the lack of updates. I had to keep checking in myself to find out what was going on, which was a bit frustrating. A little more proactive communication would have made the whole process feel much smoother.

I ordered a hair product from ktsupply.com, something just felt off as soon as it arrived. I’ve bought the same product in stores before, and this one didn’t smell or feel the same at all, which immediately made me uneasy.
The packaging also looked a little strange to me, so then I was stuck stressing over whether it was old stock, a bad batch, or not authentic. I contacted support hoping they’d clear it up, but I didn’t really get a straight answer, which just made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be.
At this point, I don’t feel comfortable using it, so it’s basically money wasted. I really wish I had done more checking before ordering because I was just trying to buy a normal hair product, not deal with unexpected stress over whether it’s safe to use...

"Promo code felt pointless"
I tried using their promo code and it just wouldnt apply at checkout. The sale price looked good at first but once I got to the total it barely changed. It felt kind of misleading and customer service wasnt much help either. I dont think Ill order from them again

I ordered from them again, I think sometime last month or maybe late the month before, and it was just okay this time. The prices were still decent, but the shipping felt slower than my first order. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I remembered.

"Refund was fine, but also kind of a hassle"
I ordered something from ktsupply.com and it ended up not being quite what I expected, so I had to ask for a refund. To be fair, they did give me my money back, so I can’t really complain too much. At the same time, it definitely felt slower than it should’ve been, and I had to follow up once, which was a little annoying. Customer service was decent, not super helpful, but not rude either. Overall, it worked out in the end, but I wish the whole refund process had been quicker and a bit more straightforward

"Missing items and a leaky bottle"
My order showed up with two things missing, and one of the bottles had leaked all over the inside of the box. I emailed customer service about it, but I still haven't gotten any real help—just felt kind of brushed off. Really disappointing, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

The box showed up a little crushed, which had me worried at first. Yikes. Luckily, everything inside was totally fine, so no real damage done. Still, it’d be nice if they packed it a bit better next time...

I was really hoping to browse a few different brands, but the selection was limited. I kept seeing the same names over and over, so there wasn’t much to compare. I ended up leaving without ordering because it just wasn’t worth the time. Disappointing, to be honest.
